I bought Rich Diamond PC CD years ago didn't register then & Core Concepts is not operating. Is there another site I can register the game with so it can be played? I have reg.

The game you've mentioned above is from year 1999. There is no website available that allows you to download the game again. I've searched everywhere including the Archive website, but I didn't find anything available for download. Because of this I must consider the game as being discontinued without any possibility to download it again.
There are also many other puzzle games available on the Internet that you can play. For example, use the following search website to locate other games: http://software.informer.com/search/
I'm Max and I have the original CD-Rom 2009 Rich Diamond but unfortunately the www.coregames.com domain is closed so I can not download all the codes to play at various levels that I had purchased seven years ago. Each PC has its own code and to play was access to www.coregames.com, but need to log-in and get special codes to have many levels of Rich Diamond.

It's not possible to obtain the codes for the game/applications because the official website was the only place where these were stored. I've looked on various websites found through Google Search, but there was nothing related to these authorization codes.
Given the fact that nothing can be found about Rich Diamonds, I can say that the software is considered discontinued without any possibility of using it in the near future.
